The Earth Tiger, with a mighty roar, drove its claws into the serpent's underbelly, causing it to writhe in pain. And the Wind Serpent, with a twist of its body, wrapped around the serpent, cutting off its oxygen.

Gao, fueled by his newfound courage and the bonds of friendship he had forged, leaped into the fray. He swung his hoe with all his might, striking the serpent's head with a force that shattered it.

The serpent's body convulsed once more, and then it was gone. The world fell into silence, the creatures of The Shan Hai Jing hushed in awe of what they had witnessed.

Gao, the Water Dragon, the Earth Tiger, and the Wind Serpent stood side by side, victorious. The evil that had threatened to consume the world was gone, and life would return to normal. But for Gao, his journey had only just begun.
